Kathryn DelChiaro started her healing arts practice as a body mud attendant in 1993 at the Sonoma Spa On The Plaza, and became the Spa Director in 2001 for one year before becoming a certified Massage Therapist in 2002.From California Institute of Massage and Spa Services.
Kathryn began her massage practice working for the Garden Spa at MacArthur Place and was the first Massage therapist to be awarded the employee of the year in 2008. Since then she has worked for two Chiropractors, and several other Spas as an independent contractor.
"I consider massage as essential therapy, promoting a refresh for mental and physical fatigue, and am a veteran at customizing my practice to suit one's individual needs."
Modalities include Myofacial release, pressure point, Swedish, lomi lomi, Deep Tissue, foot reflexology, pre-natal massage and Reiki
